January weight loss!

My mum's a funny one lol. She's always telling me to "stop eating that chocolate" etc and is really helpful when i diet and will prepare meals for me and leave things in the fridge. But I think she thinks her little (BIG!) son is going to starve if I don't have a cuppa and toast with jam in the morning ;)

She has been a lot better for this second phase though. She's stopped offering me food! :)

Well done on resisting the pizza echo, i wouldn't have been that strong. Saying that the kids had a pepperoni one the other day and i took a slice and just had the toppings. It was quite nice and legal :)

Woot!! 6 pounds for me! (it actually was 7 yesterday, but that slippery scale decided to move itself up again).

I'm feeling great, and trying to stay on course, but my birthday is on Friday so I'm having a planned binge (sushi and chocolate cake... although not at the same time!) But I'm not going to worry myself - I'm going to ENJOY it and just get back on plan the next day :) I don't have any other things coming up for a while that should throw me off plan much, so I can go hardcore after the weekend.

But until then, pass the butter!!

(and way to go everyone that's added to our huge total! We're over the 4 stone mark, and it's only 9 January!!!!!!!!!!)
 
I must have been retaining a hell of a lot of water. I'm 17stone 2 now, hoping to get to the 16's next week. Also, don't think yesterday misdemeanour has caught up with me yet.
