Jars of roasted red peppers

Does anyone know If these are free? I am wanting to use them for bolognaise

It depends whether they are in oil or brine. Sadly I'm not sure even if the ones in brine are synned. It's easy to roast them yourself btw. If they're in oil they are definitely synned. How many I don't know though

Red peppers in brine/vinegar are syn free. I get a huge jar from lidl and put them in pasta sauces, qquiches and omelette or just have them on their own as part of a cooked breakfast
