Eeek! It's Tuesday once again and I am hoping for a STS this week but wouldn't be surprised with one on :-(

Anyway, today's food

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (B) and milk (A) no fruit to put on top, not good!

Lunch - carrot, coriander and lentil soup, FF yoghurt, satsuma, apple

Dinner - tbc!

Hmmm, so I put 1.5lb on. Bit disappointed as I haven't been that bad but in hindsight I know this happens when I have a couple of days off.
Too many sandwiches in coffee shops, cream on a Starbucks latte, evening with friends!
Must be good this week.
 
Another week in the life of SW begins and it's another diet week for me. I seem to have a diet week and then an off plan week and then a diet week.... I guess it's my way of maintaining :)

Today I'm going Xmas shopping all day long so don't know what I'll eat but will be as good as I possibly can and will resist the Starbucks/Costa cakes!

Tuesday 18th - not sure of colour!

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (B) Milk (A)

Lunch - pasta with vegetables in a tomato sauce and salad

Dinner - was so tired that I had 2 slices of toast with laughing cow on and some tortilla chips.

Syns - a mocha. Yum! and probably oil in the pasta sauce and the tortillas. all in all, not a good day.

Hey Hun I hope you have a great day shopping and get everthing you want without too much hassle. Never worry about a little gain, you will get that off quick sharp!

It doesn't look too good for me this week either WI on Friday and a sly jump on my scales is showing that I haven't lost anything either, it doesn't help though that my new "wonderful" scales weigh me 3lb heavier than my mums! (at least they are consistant at weighing me 3lb heavier lol) so sticking to my mums when I can!
 
Up and down...it's what maintenance is all about (well, I think!) but it makes sense. You had a corking week last week! Another good one this week is on the cards I'm sure.

Breakfast - a Hi fi bar (B) and a satsuma

Lunch - carrot, lentil and corinder soup (the last portion!) grapes apple

Dinner - pasta carbona (eggs and quark) with garlic and bacon (4) served with salad

A - milk A - parmesan
B - hifi B - ryvita crackerbread

syns - 3 laughing cow light (4.5)

Struggling a bit at the moment, the day always starts off okay but I'm finding it tough to stay on track. Had cheese and crackers and some of OH's chocolate last night. Luckily I burnt my bagel this morning so had weetabix instead!

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with banana and milk (A) and (B)

Lunch - smoked salmon and rocket salad, FF yoghurt, 2 satsumas

Dinner - no idea, going out tonight to a do so it will be a 3 course thing plus cheese board and a hotel breakfast in the morning. Eek! I'll be okay with breakfast as long as I don't hit the danish pastries. I'll order poached eggs I think but we shall see!

Okay so all the food last night was off plan. Grr. Luckily I don't drink!
Breakfast started well, I had fresh fruit salad (melon, orange, grapefruit and berries) and I did indeed order poached eggs and had them with half a sausage, half a hash brown, some mushrooms, a grilled tomato and two very thin slices of bread (a small loaf, only french stick sized and they were less than 1 cm thin!!)
So not bad. But. Then..... I had to have a warm croissant with apricot jam. Oh so yummy.

I'm so tired too which makes me want to eat. I've just had 4 ryvita crackerbread with xl philly on and smoked salmon and I've had about 6 coffees so far today!!

For dinner we are having home made burgers with bacon and cheese, potato wedges and a huge salad. I wanted something "naughty" but on plan even though I haven't been on plan so far!

It's not been a good week. The rest of today will be on plan and so will Sunday and Monday. Hmph. I need a weekend off socialising!
 
What another grim day it is today! Gave in to an Indian take away last night. Had tandoori special so not too bad as it's all grilled meat with salad. I had 2 poppadoms with tomato relish and mango chutney and an onion bhaji.

Today

Breakfast - 2 poached eggs on 2 small toast

2 bananas

Dinner - as for yesterday!!

It's so hard isn't it Mary? I'm really finding it hard to resist all the lovely food on offer everywhere at the moment. I need a good week when we are not out, we are meant to be out again at the weekend but I am crossing my fingers that we don't go!
I'm not even planning my days this last week, I'm just having whatever and thinking s*d it. Not good at all really. I need to start next week with gusto and write down all my food, I've stopped putting it in my notebook as my consultant said this is not "normal" behaviour but for me it doesn't work!

Monday 23rd - ??

Breakfast - banana and an almond croissant in Costa :-( didn't drink my creme brulee skinny latte though, it was awful!!

Lunch - home made minestrone soup - this turned out to be bean chilli! I really must label things in the freezer... I realised after I'd watered it down thinking the soup was a bit thick! Had it anyway with a small jacket potato. Was lovely!

Dinner - Pork tenderloin, cabbage, carrots, leeks, mash and gravy (2)

Hey Hun good luck for Wi, I'm glad I'm not the only one to not label stuff in the freezer! I always think " I'll definately know what that is!" I've ended up with some funny food combinations due to that thought! x

Ps. you might be able to help me hun, with SE does all meals have to be 1/3 heb etc and 2/3 Free. Its just that I would normally have my heb as toast or porrage as a snack (and then the other heb as meat as part of a meal)?
