ally_88 Silver Member 28 August 2013 #2 As far as I'm aware, gelatine is free. Sugar free jelly may depend on the brand but can use the '1 syn = 20 calories' for that since there is no free food allowance with it. Hartley's sugar free jelly crystals are 1.5 syns for each sachet.
