Tis in the recipe thread ^ :

JELLY
1/2 litre water
1 & 1/2 scoops of mix a mousse
few drops of food colouring (optional)
1 teaspoon of water favouring
Blend then put in ramekins or bowl. Chill for 2-4 hours until set.

Is it ok to have the jelly straight away? or is it better to wait a couple of weeks?

Oh wow must have a go at jelly sometime.
My cdc said flavourings not recomended for 1st 2 weeks so Ill have to wait unitl then.

i tried to make jelly 2 times and each time failed, given up now it just goes into a mess of white bits , i put it in a blender as well
