Feeling a bit better today. Stuck to plan and had a workout with the sis in gym :) Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow though :/ 'Burger in a bowl' salad and fries <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=150293"/>

Well gained 1lb. But expected as I've had biscuits, Chinese and McDonalds!

Had EE day.
Egg, sausage, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Lunch was curried loaf and salad.

Tea just had tuna pasta and lots salad mixed into it.

Syns
1- sausage
6- crisps
2-mayo
9 syns total.

Gym session again tomorrow!!
I also lost just over 2 inches on my waist! :D

Great going on the gym sessions Jess and losing the two inches from your waist, that must really show in how your clothes feel. You'll soon have that pound off again! :)
 
Well that's only from measuring on Thursday too!.
I measured yesterday with been WI and now I won't measure for 2 weeks as I think il see better results.

Yes my consultant and myself both hope and think maybe this little blow out week will help kickstart my losses again. With them been so slow as it's not like me. I'm usually a 4lb+ loser!

Gym again today and I'm excited to get in there!! I said to Rob last night I can't wait to go in tomorrow lol. Which I'm so glad I feel like this, maybe it means il stick at it properly this time :)
I also walked to my sister's yesterday, which I checked on maps last night and it's a mile! Didn't realize , so even more body magic :)

Meals were 3syns for lunch. Then had a daim and some salt and vinegar sticks. 7.5 + 3 syns.

So pleased with the gym. Managed 50mins of workout this time and beat my overall distance by 2.10km :)

Banana for breakfast.
Ham salad from shop for dinner.
Tea we had donner meat, cheesy chips, minted onion and cucumber mix, lettuce and garlic sauce!

Syns on 2x salt & vinegar sticks for 6syns
Special K hazelnut & almond cereal bar for 4syns.

HeA cheese
HEB Pitta bread

Hi, they're doing really well thanks. Connor is now 11 weeks today!! Time is flying by....

I've also completed 2 weeks of the gym! Feeling good.. I actually woke up the other day excited to go in lol. I would now but Robs at work so have to wait.

Yes we are, I've got my uncle down from Cornwall (9hrs away) and having a get together. Only see him like once a year!! You got anything planned? X

Afternoon.. yeah this time round things are going good.

Had a bad day yesterday. Nandos & changed to a none healthy option at the last minute. Wish I didn't but oh well!

I've Bern thinking of starting to calorie count but not sure? Sw I'm just at a brick wall with weight loss

It was only one meal hun not the whole day, dont be hard on yourself. Have you done CC before? I know some do SW & CC together and use MFP to help keep check. I know what u mean about a brick wall, sometimes I think we do get stuck in a rut, and its not as if you dont vary your meals cos you do.

Maybe as someone who has done CC and see how they find/found it and try it for a couple of weeks see how you go?

No never done it before so its a first. Not even sure on what calories I'd stick to for losing weight! Lol.
Yeah since the 2 huge losses from having Connor I've just hit the brick wall. I mix my meals and plans up too. X

Is CC suitable for you after giving birth not long ago?

Do you use MFP? You could use that with SW, *EB* does that, I do what I cba'd to, you'll be surprised how few cals you do actually have.
I'm not sure? Its been 11weeks now.... I kind of get itz hard work having to weigh everything to get correct values lol x
 
Hope you find something to inspire you Jess and that works for you, to get your losses going again. You've done so well after having Connor, I'm sure you'll soon start shifting those lbs again. Well done for getting in the gym, that has to help too, toning up is something I really need to get going on. :eek:

Yeah I'm so surprised I've kept at it. I'm loving it too so think this is my final break of hitting target now as I so don't want to give up.
WI tomorrow so we shall see what the results are like.
I'm debating to measure too or leave it every fortnight to measure instead. Hmm?
