I did weights and situps on Saturday and by heck my stomach still aches lol. So decided mon/wed/fri is cardio and then Tues/thurs I'm just going to do weights and situps. Weekends are my rest days.

Great food. Its good to mix up your gym sessions (so my daughter tells me and she's a qualified personal trainer) and you are doing so well. You'll really notice the inch loss soon ;)

I could do with her here lol. I do the same mon/wed/fri but try and beat my best each time... Hopefully that's alright! X

Wow he's a big boy!
My boy is 15 weeks old and has started wearing 6-9 months in sleep suits as he's so long!!
How much does he weigh now?
He's very cute :) x

Yeah his sleepsuits are getting too small length wise too. Some cute jeans from primark only just fit in 3-6month so looks like he's soon to be on the next size clothes! I've only just bought some outfits in 3-6 though so looks like will only have one or two wears!
Erm last he was weighed was 2 weeks ago, 14.14 then. It will be next week il weigh again x

When they were born they were very a like. But I don't think I see it as much now??

Our boys are the same size- at 11 weeks, Oliver weighed 14lbs 14.5oz :)
13 weeks he was 15lbs 12oz, and now at 15 weeks he's 16lbs 8oz :eek:
Same here with clothes, I've already been telling people to buy 9-12 months for Xmas presents as he'll be 7 months old but no doubt growing out of the 6-9 months he's already in!! X

Well had a nice day today. Jacob was at nursery so me and Connor went out to my sister's house. Time flew by and before I knew it we needed to be at the doctors for Connors injections.
He was a good boy and only cried on the last injection. Was ok afterwards for 2 hours then had a awful screaming fit so I've given him some calpol and got him off to sleep. Poor little guy x
 
I know it awful.

Some more in 4 weeks which Jacob is also due his preschool injections which I'm not looking forward to at all!how do you keep a 3yesr old still for that :/

Connor slept for half hour, awoke screaming,had 6oz and gone off to sleep again in his bouncer. Just waiting for him to settle properly than il get some tea made! Hate it when Rob works the late shift :(

I personally told both of mine when they were that age, prior to going. I told them it would hurt a little bit but it would be really quick and that they could choose something to take to have afterwards. Both cried briefly but after a cuddle, asked for their treats and were fine. I also took my grandson just over a year ago as unfortunately the appt came around when his Mum had to be away on a work trip. He was absolutely fine, barely blinked and was more interested in a poster on the wall with a dog on it, though he did happily accept the sticker the nurse offered afterwards and then asked if he could have two, cheeky boy.
At least Connor settled after milk, so wasn't too upset. Hope you've managed to get your tea by now and Robs not too late. x

Yeah think I may do something like that too, good idea!
Connor was really good in the end. I ended up giving him some calpol as screamed the house down not long after had a nap. Then went to sleep around 9pm and didn't wake for a feed until 3:15!
