Have set myself a target to lose 28 pounds in 18 weeks! Hear we go!!!!!!

I knew I needed to lose at least two stone so I set that as my first goal as i know its easily achievable, will see how I feel when
I get there as to how much more I would like to lose. I think I'll take it 7 lb at a time from there on. Ideally I'd love to be a size 12 in trousers and size 14 in tops so I think that's more my goal, the numbers in the scales don't matter too much to me x

well done on your losses you are doing great!! I started 2 weeks ago and have was just a lb more than you so heres hoping i can do as well as you have done, i lost 4lb last week and next wi tues night. Im hoping to lose a stone and 7lb by July 23rd for my hols so thats 22weeks to go.
are you doing pro points or discover ?
 
I'm doing what I think is the best of both. Pro points was way too many points for me so I just use my 29 dailys and maybe use an extra few on weigh in day as a treat. I also still point bananas. Good luck!! X
