hi all i started doing slimming world on monday converted for weightwatchers
i have got books from before so im trying it on my own with the help from this briiliant site i will post daily my diary and please help out if im doing anything wrong thankyou

breakfast:2 weetabix and milk hea heb
dinner:prawn salad
tea:spag boll
snacks:grapes apple orange and mullerlight

no syns today saving some for weekend for wine :)

took the dog out for walk 30 mins EE
breakfast:bannana and shape zero yogurt
followed by hr later bacon mushrooms and scrambled egg with 2 nimble bread using hea and heb
im stuffed lol
not sure about dinner yet might just have some fruit
tea going to attempt the mushy pea curry with chicken and rice
cant wait to see what the rest of the family think
syns not sure yet as trying to save for weekend

Hiya - Just a little thing I notice in your diaries, you don't seem to be having 1/3 superfree on your plates. With EE you should always have 1/3 superfree. Good luck :)

oh dear thanks im doing it myself got old books whats superfree ive been having salad,loads of fruit and just had some peas with dinner dos that count
the caramalised onions and gammon in coke was absoloutlt divine big hit with the family will be making that again
snacks 2 apples ,orange 2 shape zero yogurts,strawberrys

decided to get on scales this morning couldnt resist weigh in day is not while monday and i havnt lost a single pound yet hope im not eating too much:cool:

i have just eaten loads today nearly all free foods there is no way come monday i will have lost
