It has been so long since i last recorded my food diary i thought i might be better if i start afresh.

Just back from 2 weeks all inclusive holiday and had a 7 1/2lb gain. Tried to get back on track last week but only managed a STS.

Really need to get back on track and stick with it.

2 weetabix (HE B)
skimmed milk (HE A)
1 tbsp honey (2 1/2 syns)

2 packs of M&S coun on us marinated prawns with sweet chilli sauce 1 syn per pack (2 syns)
large salad with 1 tbsp low fat dressing (1/2 syn)
