Joes sausages

Had a look and maybe consider gettin them.

I did notice on the previous page someone mentioned Morrisons eat smart sausages being free...this is NO LONGER the case as they now have a syn value its only .5 but still a syn value

Oh, do you know if it's half a syn for a large sausage, or a chipolata, for the morrisons sausages?

I bought a pack today but need to check this before I tuck in

I found this on Bodyoptimise syn section,

Eat Smart Diet, Pork Sausages, Less Than 3% Fat, 8 pack, chilled, 57g each free on red and EE 3 on green.
Eat Smart, Pork Chipolata Sausages, 60% Less Fat, 10 pack, chilled, 40g each 1/2 syn on red and EE 2.5 on green.
