Hi I thought I would come and introduce myself I am joining SW on monday I will be going to class I need the weigh-in to keep me in line.I have done SW before and lost a bit but put it all back on I dont think my mind was in the right place.I have done LT for the past 8 weeks and have lost a fair bit but its just not working out feel evry tired which is no good when you have kids to look after.
I was wondering is there anyone who has gone on SW after being on any of the VLCD and how were their losses in the 1st few weeks I am just worried about putting on lots of the weight I have lost and espically as I am a pasta and chip lover.
