I tried WW years ago. I also tried Lipotrim, eating next to nothing and a lot of other "diets".
This is the first "diet" I've been on that's actually not a diet. It's a lifestyle change that happens to result in weight loss. It's not something I use to get the weight off, it's something I use to KEEP the weight off when I'm done.
It's so easy to follow. Keep your bible, ahem I mean food optimising book with you at all times for the first few weeks, and by then you'll have consulted it so often for the things you eat/enjoy most that you'll know it off by heart, and will only need to use it if you're having something new.
Do try to exercise, even if it's only having a stroll to the shops or playing the Wii. It does appear to help tighten your skin up as you go.
Don't assume something is free, check it.
Do eat until you're full. No need to leave some on your plate to feel like you're dieting. If it's free... go for it.
Don't keep eating once you are full though lol
