Joining you ladies.

Hi ladies,

I'm Becca, I'm 22 and mum to two kids.
I haven't weighed myself today, waiting till I start tomorrow but last time I looked was between 11 1/2 st and 11st 11lbs.

I'd like to lose 2st-3st by summer :).

I'm going to combine healthy eating, exercise with slim fast.

I have osteoporosis, so I need to maintain some sort of calcium in my diet by dairy products. I'm hoping Slimfast will help me with that.

Also I have a habit of skipping meals due to being busy, then binge eating on 3/4 packets of crisps. So hoping over breakfast and lunch I can drink the shakes and then a light mean in the evening.

I plan the meal to be steamed veg with fish or chicken :).

I am starting the slim fast plan next Monday and I think I weigh about the same as you ( haven't weighed myself in months tho!)

Hello and Welcome!

I started 3 weeks ago and found it pretty easy to do. The shakes were a lot nicer than I imagined and I loved the feeling of not being bloated.

Look forward to hearing how you get on.
