You can work it out yourself using 1 syn for every 20 calories as there are no free foods involved.

I was about to come and ask the same think - on offer in tescos! I know the 20 calories to 1 syn rule, was just wondering if they would be hexBs as I know some of the Jordans muesli's are! I can never seem to keep up with what is and isn't a hexB these days!!

No that is about standard for a cereal bar
