Josie's weight loss diary. Can I do it this time?!

Hi all I am new to this forum. I am a hopeless dieter and always fail. Last diet was slimfast in November, stuck at it for a week but gave up when I lost no weight. I have also tried weightwatchers but find that I use all of my points on chocolate and junk!!
So I am making a start today on slimming world extra easy plan. Must admit I am sceptical about how I can eat as much meat, potatoes, veg etc and still lose weight but will give it a go!
Good luck fellow dieters, we can do it!!

Turn your negativity around hun - You CAN and WILL do this, sod all the other diets, Slimming world is the way forward and you'll be amazed by the results you get. Good luck x

Well day one went well.
H/extras were milk and weetabix.
Main meal was salmon, sw chips and mixed veg.
9 syns-used on two wine spritzers and a teaspoon of sugar.
Stuck the Xbox Kinect on for an hour and got some exercise on the sport and fitness games I have-I am very unfit...
Lots of Christmas chocolate, cheeses and nuts left in the house but managed to resist.
Hope everyone is doing well now Christmas is over! x
