I lost 22.2lbs in july!

Starting weight - 19st 12lbs :cry:

Weigh ins:

Week 1 = -14lbs
Week 2 = -6.6lbs
Week 3 = -6.2lbs
Week 4 = -4.0lbs
Week 5 = -5.4lbs
Week 6 = -4.4lbs
Week 7 = -4.65lbs
Week 8 = -3lbs (Started to do the 30DS so expected)
Week 9 = -6.125lbs
Week 10 = No Weigh In
Week 11 = 4lbs

Goals:
Get into 18s - DONE
Lose 5% - 264.1 - DONE
Lose 1 stone - DONE
Get to 17s -DONE
Lose 10% - 17st 12 - DONE

Get to BMI 35 – 17st 6 -DONE! :woohoo:

Get to 16s - DONE!!!!!!!

Holding off for now..until Ive settled into university - probably switching to healthy eating and gym.

Get to 12s
BMI 25 – 12st 6
