Well ive managed to lose another 4.4lbs this month so im really happy especially as i was expecting a gain wooohoooo go SF, those pounds can just
even tho im losing slowly im very happy as im hoping i have more chance of keeping it off

almost forgot to add that my OH in the last month has lost 12.1lb following the diet with me

im pleased for him especially as he has more to lose than me and he does more exercise than me as he is always doing diy and helping his brothers out moving stuff
