Sooo... Ive recently lost 3 stone on cd. And to motivate me to keep it off i pressured the OH to set the date (been engaged for 2 years) sooo.... June 29th 2013 im coming for you!!!
My start weight was 15st 6 lbs and in 4 months ive got down to 12st 5lbs..... Id like to lose another 2stone before next may which i think is do-able! My dress is a size 10-12 and altho it pretty much fits now id love to not have back fat spilling over the top!!!
One week ago i started the JUDDD phenomenon, with my first weigh in tomoro - (however ill probably gain a lb or 3 due to coming from a vlcd)
I start the gym next week and i feel really motivated and focused!!!
Here is my before and after pics for more motivation coz i will NEVER b a fat bride!!! Id rather cancel the wedding and lose all the money than look and feel revolting!!!
