Its that time again... a new month coming up... time for a new challenge

The way the challenge works
You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

Why?
I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days)

Hi, I'm new to this.
I'd like to join u if that is ok. Do we all weigh in on the same day and do we start on the 1st. I think I'd like to lose 8lbs in the month. It would also help me decide whether to sign up for LL or CD or whether to just carry on by myself.
I'll try and figure out how to chart my progress. Anything else I need to do?

Hi... just let me know what day your weigh in is. If its a Monday just post on this thread every Monday with your weight loss and Ill update the main post as a running record.

Just see what you feel comfy with maybe 8lbs? Thats 2lbs a week and if you lose 4 or 5 on week one you can always come back and change it :)
Okay thanks - my weigh in day is Friday and I am aiming for 8lbs - they all say 'Aim for May' so far - it that a typo or am I missing something:confused:

Ok, with the exception of this coming Monday (when I'm highly likely to gain) I only have 3 weigh ins in June, so I'm setting myself a realistic target of just 5lb. I know it doesn't sound like much, but every little helps right!?

That's what I thought...I've never actually made it to one of my monthly targets before - hence this one being realistic...mind you, 5lb will be hard to achieve in just 3 weeks, especially if I have a gain on Monday!
