Are you going to do a July challenge or are you all going to join the 3 month one???
 
Didn't WI today but unofficial WI shows a gain of 2.5lbs.

Failed miserably at my challenge but intend to get back on plan tomorrow and do a few 100% weeks to hit my July challenge and get to target.

Good luck for all those who have still to weigh and well done for everyone who has made their target. I hope to be amongst you next month x

I lost 2lb this week so didnt quite meet my target - boo :-(

I did get my 1.5 stone award & club 10 tonight tho - yey! :)

Hi Doreen - to get it onto your Signature - click on Subscribed Threads - then down the left hand column scroll to Edit Signature. Add your award into the box and then save changes. They will then show on your signature along with the pic of your dragon x
 
Well I lost 5 pounds this week - that took care of my gain last week!!! I am so pleased and have now moved into the 10's - I havn't been there for years!!!
Thank you so much for these challenges as I do Slimming World from home & they motivate me no end!!

Well done everyone! A maintain for me this week so 2.5lbs off where I wanted to be, but another couple of weeks to get that shifted before my hols :)
 
Grrr Wi this morning and I gained half a pound. Could have been worse I guess but my first gain so a bit Meh. Had a few treats on Tuesday in an audit at work so no doubt that was the culprit.

Oh well.. onwards and downwards for next week I hope x
