June Challenge!!

Hi, can you update me for a 0.5 gain please.
Has anyone any tips to refocus, each week I leave group determined and excited.....and then the next day I'm messing up all over again.
My biggest down fall seems to be bread...addicted to it!!
 
+2.5 has been a long time coming, I would still like to lose 6lbs though but it will have to include the gain.. Gave myself a wee talk and that's me back to it, I enjoyed the last two weeks though so not down about it just need to focus for a few weeks and make another dent in my weight!!

Hmmmm....bread - I love it too. R u having it as a hex?? I never try to syn it as well!
M&S do some wm rolls which are about the 60g allowance for bread and ver satisfying! :)
Otherwise I have those ryvita wholegrain crackerbreads - u can have 6 of those for a hex b and although they r not bread, 6 is a nice amount to grace at.
Otherwise - don't buy bread, or keep it in ye freezer making it a conscious effort to defrost to eat!!
Hope it helps a tiny bit!
But also, of u r sunning bread and having whole meal - it has gotta be a better use of yr syns than chocolate!! Xx

People who have lost well past target, well done but don't let yourself slack off now, yeah? there's no reason to not exceed your targets :D
anyone who gained or STS, don't you worry and don't you dare let yourselves get off track! just think how amazing you'll feel knowing you're back on track, and if you're owt like me then the best losses are always the weeks straight after a gain!

I try to syn it as I tend to try and stick to my hex and just can't.
I might try the defeating thing, but i have a nearly 3 year old who loves toast so I may need to see how that goes!
I'll try the ryvita too and see if they satisfy.

4LBS OFF THIS WEEK :D :D :D *happy dance* just 5 more to go. eeeek, prom is 30th june and i'd really like to weigh 12st 6lbs ish (currently 12.12) so please wish me luck!
 
I try to syn it as I tend to try and stick to my hex and just can't.
I might try the defeating thing, but i have a nearly 3 year old who loves toast so I may need to see how that goes!
I'll try the ryvita too and see if they satisfy.
