On wednesday first June i lost 2lbs Need to lose another 1lb next wednesday for my 1st silver seven. Then im off two weeks on holiday...hence the low aim of 3lbs loss in June. I will be back to weigh in on 29th June and hope to not gain a massive amount on holidays...lets be positive ha.
