Just a 2 day challenge...

    Just need a little more of a kick start back into the swing of things.

    So aiming for 20pts and 2 ltrs a day of water. Anyone else got a short 2 day challenge??

    Well points are 19. And just have to drink another pint of water before bed.

    Just needed a little achievable goal. Day 1 done!

    Today I've gone over by 2 pts with a glass of red ( I'm not a big drinker at all but a very long day!) but I have drunk my 2 ltrs of water.

    Going to do 20 mins on the computer for school work then off to bed.

    Not sure what my next 2 day challenge should be?
