Just a little note to say that you can lose it

Hi! Guys
Just a note to say that it is possible to lose weight if you are dedicated and want to put the work into it.
It is not just about what you eat it's about the amount of exercise you do daily too, you have to have a good combination of both to get the results that you desire.
For example this week I have been walking 2 miles every day with my dog apart from today which I walked 3 and a half miles, and the weigh in results this morning was amazing I lost 8lbs in just 1 week.
I just wanted to share what I have been doing so it may help some of you get some ideas and shed those last few annoying pounds.

My goal is to lose a stone in two weeks, 6lbs to go so wish me luck!
