I started at about the same weight as you hun and like you put most of the weight on after having my 3 kids.
I am the worlds worst at sticking to ANY diet and even on this one ive had a few wobbles and have still managed 31.5lbs in 7 weeks!
This loss amazes no one as much as me - cant believe ive managed this far!!!!
Feel free to message me for support - I have a wedding in May and then my 10th wedding anniversary in July and am determined to fight the flab and turn into a slinky malinky!!!!

moomintrolljen what a loss in 7weeks well done thanks for your support hun this is the only diet that has ever worked for me although it is the hardest diet i have ever done it deffo has the best results xx
