.................I Lost an impresive (if I do say so myself loL) 13lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and 7.5 inch of body fat

I can't believe it,I actually had to restrain myself and not kiss her LOL,even she said she had never known anyone to loose that in a week!

Oh well,only 4st 6lbs to go
