Hi I've just joined here. I'm 68 and I've been trying to lose weight for many many years lately doing WW unsuccessfully . My problem is I'm an all or nothing person so the minute I have something that takes me over my allowance or that I consider 'bad' I give up and binge. I don't do much exercise, never have and at the moment I'm just trying to stick to 1400 to 1500 calories a day. Hoping to get lots of advice and ideas on here.

I suggest that you find a diet for the long term maybe something like for example the csiro diet or weight watches that allows you as part of it have great food but still have some naughty foods as well hopefully preventing diet blow outs because it will be planned in as part of the diets structure.

I don’t know about you but as soon as I know I can’t eat something the more I crave it lol bloody body
