Hi I have been doing SS on and off for a while now. Seem to be finally moving in the right direction tho!:)
Just found this site recently and this forum looks quite quiet! Hope you are getting on ok?

Just joined scottish slimmers myself on week 2 and finiding it ok so far. My tip for you would be to bulk everything out with veg. My fav is stir frys using soya sauce which is free so you just checks for your meat if you use any. If im having something for dinner/lunch or feel hungry at night ill fry up some veg with soya sauce whcih fills me up and its all free which is always good:eek:
