I think i am a bit too scared to go.
What if i havent lost and I am doing it all wrong?

At the meeting afterwards the consultant reads out everyones losses or gains so I dont think I will stay for that as I dont want everyone looking at me! :cry:

Oh god I am really scared now and want to eat some chocolate. I know i wont as i want to do this but I feel like just sabotaging it all now!

If you have stuck to the plan, i am sure you will be fine. Have a little faith and I am sure everything will be ok!
Don't go and ruin all your hard work as this early stage

I know I wont ruin it but i am worried i have not done it right?
I actually feel like crying as i have been on such a high doing this diet as i am never hungry but then i just realised its tomorrow that I will find out and I am petrified!

Once you have had your first couple of weigh in's you will start to relax (a bit!) I still am wary every week but know that if I have done the plan then there is no need to panic.

good luck, im sure you have done brilliantly! My first weigh in i didnt think i had lost any weight and i had lost 6lbs! So dont panic! if you have stuck to the plan you should have a loss

you will have a loss, but even if you haven't that's what your consultant is there for. she will be expecting a loss in your 1st week and if you don't have one she will sit down with you and go through the plan again. remember to take your food diary.

Yea i have been keeping that up to speed, but the thing is we havent got a perminant consultant? We have a different one this week and we have her for two weeks and after that they dont know if they can keep anyone on? If i was at goal I would be one!
