Glad you like the bagpuss thing. I thought it up a couple of weeks ago and it seemed apt!.
I'm doing ok today. Been 100% on track (no nibbling) so far. Am feeling really good and trying to keep busy to keep me from getting bored (in case it makes me want to munch).
