as good as you were expecting BUT imagine if you were losing 7-10lb a week

your body wouldnt be able to keep up with the weight loss and you would end up slim...yeh great, but what do you do with the skin your left with?

people that have gastric bypass (example for quick weight loss) normally have to have some sort of surgery to remove the excess skin from arms and tummy before they look like they want too...

so, next time you lose 'only' 1lb, bear in mind, that your body hasnt been shocked and your skin will shrink back slower and be firmer at the end result.

grab a 1lb of sugar from the supermarket next time you go! imagine that on your hip!

**just something thats been in my head this week**

I`ve been really down on myself as I`m only losing about 1lb a week (tho i`m very pleased for everyone else who is doing amazingly :D ) but like you said, 1lb off is nothing to be sniffed at and slow off = stays off.
