hi guys
just thought that i would just pop back over here to see how you are all doing.1st day for me on cdc and ive really enjoyed it.had a chocolate shake for breakfast,cappucino shake for lunch and a caramel flavor bar for my tea.all just to die for.water is still a bit of a problem but the way i finish my last bit is to make my shakes with nearly a pint of water.best of health to you all.x

Glad to know that you are enjoying the change to CD. I'm over half way to my goal so I'll stick to LT for the duration.

When I get to where I want to be I'll probably revert to a high protein diet as that is what has suited me in the past.

I only put all this weight on because I was brainwashed into believing that veggies were good for me. Well they aren't good for everyone as I found out. Still, lesson learnt I know for the future.

I hope you'll keep coming back to say how you're doing and good luck.
