Just tried to make jelly and it went wrong :(

It didn't set at all-did I just use too much water(300ml) or is there a specific technique?

Did you add mix a mousse to the water and flavourings? Cant remember exact amount to add but I dont think your far out if any! Sarahxx.

Damn.I was really looking forward to it as well.It got the frothy top to it but the rest was liquid-maybe I didn't put enough mix a mousse in?I lost the scoop so used a teaspoon and put half in...or should it be a whole one??

I know it is a whole one when you are making mousse... cud you not add a bit more in for good measure, or do you have to put it in at the start??

On the mix a mousse tub it says 150mls water and 5g (1 teaspoon).......too much water me thinks!!! doh!!
