Well today is my first day of lipotrim & I just wanted to say hello. First shake went down ok, I'm a little worried about lunch as haven't told anyone at work I'm doing this so they're soon gonna find out. I've managed to dodge all the sweets at break time though. Wish me luck! X

Good Luck, I just try and get to the staffroom really fast and have the shake mixed before people see me, though last week I didnt care who saw or what negative comments they had about it!

welcome and good luck. if you have a shaker put the powder in at home, then when dinner time comes add your water, you can tell them you are doing slimfast, they won't know any different.

Welcome and good luck for your journey!! If you dont want people to know then I highly recommend a shaker and a bottle of water and chugging it back in the bathroom if needs be Extreme but works for me and I am still in secret!! You can have it shaken and down the hatch in under 2 mins LOL!
