Kate's munchies and more!

    :wave_cry: Ok here we go.

    Hi guys!

    Well, I did it! I enrolled in Slimming World this afternoon and think I'm going to need all the help I can get - I've got a loooong way to go!

    I figure this is as good a start as any.

    Bear with me on this!

    Green Day
    Brekkie:
    Magic Porridge (Mullerlight mixed with 1 sachet of Oat So Simple Original - HEX b)

    Lunch:
    Bachelors savoury rice

    Tea:
    Slimming World chips
    2x Poached egg
    Mushy Peas

    Pudding:(I attempted to make cake - it's 9 syns for the whole thing and I managed to cut it into 8 - calling it 1.5 syns as I have plenty to spare today)
    1x slice of squidgy chocolate cake 1.5 syns

    HEX a - 250 Lactofree Semi-skimmed milk
    HEX b - Oat So Simple

    Have I done everything right? Like I said it's day 1 and I'm a little confuddled!

    Any tips welcome - if you spot a mistake PLEASE tell me!!!!
