Katycakes Won't Give Up...

TOTM is a pain, in more ways than one KC. I used to retain a good 7lbs of water at that time, ankles like I had elephantiasis, space hoppers for bosoms.......

Pretty soon you'll be flushing away a few lbs and be in the 11s....yay!!!! xx

:rotflmao:

What a visual. Where on earth would you ever find a bra that fit?

Thanks all...

DAY 48

Scales, 12st 2. Sigh. Pretty sure it's totm, my cycles are all over the place on CD. Wish it would hurry up!

Porridge eaten, have to go fetch OH from station later, otherwise a quiet day... outside dull but dry, nothing much to report.

xxx

I think we're in synch hun, waiting for mine too! and up on the scales today too! hey ho, onwards and all that.

Enjoy your nice quiet day hun before your trip away, its tipping down here and i have to go and buy bin bags! how exciting my day is! ha ha!

xx

Enjoy your trip katy, I'm sure you'll be fine, and as others have said it will be totm as soon as it arrives the scales will drop

Here is a shirt to cover those "boulders"!

Mel, I absolutely love it!!!!!!!!!! I'm cracked up here :D

Ah, but where'd you tuck those little 'ear' handles though? Ever practical me!

Thanks Mel. Good question. Wish l knew , l've gained back over a stone, nearly 1 1/2 stone actually:eek:, wish l had came back to Minimins much sooner.

DAY 49

Scales back to 12st. Yay!!! (Still no totm, but feeling of imminent doom, so...)

Fighting a very real desire to eat chocolate yesterday, am especially, a minor upset & looming totm I think triggered that... the mad 'all-our-yesterdays' banter on Chelsea's thread kept me on straight and narrow.

Packed now and setting off on first leg of journey (20 min walk to village bus stop) in 25 mins. Then 2 buses, 2 trains & a tube... then LONDON! Yay. Only a flying visit with something a little scary to do tomorrow, but I will survive. And the dinner to negotiate tonight, eek... but not stressing, I will do what I can and that's good enough.

@ Dis, brilliant to see you posting hun, there are a lot of us in the same boat and you'll get lots of support... have you started a diary on here? Off to check! Chin up and focus, because you can definitely do this... if I can, anyone can. I LOVE the motivational quotes at the end of your signature, very true... big hug for Dis.

Have a happy Tuesday everyone, will post later if I find some internet along the way!

No free time this time as its a flying visit, even my evening has a meeting/dinner in it, but would be fab to see you in May/Sept... as long as it's not the scary 70s themed partaaay that your Mum & Mel have been plotting! Lol. Better go, big hugs and have a fab day - counting down to Buffalo!

Cross-posted Trish, thanks and see you soon... off on my travels now!

Hi KC,

I hope you have a safe and worthwhile visit to London. I am sure that you will make good choices on your meals and still enjoy yourself. I hope you are able to keep us "shut ins" posted on your adventure.

MM

Morning Katy,

You are probably on your merry way to London by now - hope all goes well for you.

I hope you are going to attend our partaaay, I want to see the kettle handbag lol.

Yesterday's walk down memory lane really helped me too. It was great to have a giggle and a sigh about things other than food/dieting/CD etc., the day just flew by. Thanks to you for bringing up Trampass. That was one hunk that I had totally forgotten about - he was cute :D

Anyway, have a good time in Londres and look forward to hearing all about your adventure soon xxx

Have a good time in London KC, keep safe and eat well xxx
