Keep a diary so thought i could share...

Just thought I would jump aboard :D

your diary look good, I eat at least 2 banana a day one with my breakfast and one in the afternoon just to keep me going x

Your diary seems really good im just starting week 3 and have only lost 2lbs im finding it hard to get my head around it but i think from reading on the forum im not using enough superfoods im doing it the wrong way around should consider sf first then the rest of the meal keep it up im really jealous:jelous:
 
Irishbird12 aww thanks hun...im loving it, but i sometimes struggle gettin superfree foods into my meals so dont worry :)..... i tend to now think which veg/salad 1st, then free food after!! also doing a food diary has helped me :D

B = Muller light with a peach

S = Orange

D = left over shep pie with veg + bowl of strawberries/cherrys :)

T = Pork, SW wedges, Egg, mushrooms + SF salad inc beetroot.. yummy :D

S = bag of C+O pom bears 4.5 syns

B = 2 WM toast (HEB) with 2 light laughing cow triangles (HEA)

S = Grapefruit

D = super free salad with tuna and extra light mayo (3) + strawberries and cherrys.

S = Peach + freddo (4)

T = Sf chilli, SW wedges, lettuce + 2 taco shells (7)

Total syns = 14

B = Muller + Apple

S = Ryvita mini's (HEB)

D = Superfree soup + cherrie's

S = Pom bears (4.5)

T = Steak, Sw wedge's, mushrooms, carrots, fine beans, cauliflower + brocoli.

S = Fruit Salad (raspberries, strawberries, apple + blackberries) with ff natural yog.

Had 350ml of skimmed milk (HEA) so lots of cups of tea :p

Total Syns = 4.5

B = Fruit Salad (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries + apple)

S = Orange

D = Sw quiche (peppers, onion, mushroom + bacon) with salad plus a muller.

S = Peach + Ryvita mini's (HEB)

T = Italian Chicken, mixed veg (carrots, brocoli, cauliflower, fine beans, tomatos, mushrooms, peppers + onion) + SW wedges. 42g light cheese for the chicken (HEA).

Total syns = 0

B = Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB) with a peach.

S = 2 skinless chicken legs + Apple

D = Sw quiche (mushroom, onion, peppers + bacon) with mixed veg + strawberries/blackberries.

S = Orange + Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)

T = Chicken breast with a topping of 4 light laughing cow triangles (HEA), mushrooms, onions and peppers served with SW wedges and veg....was gorge! :)

S = Pom bears (4.5)
