Hi all. Please read my newbie checking in thread in introductions to find out more about me.
Up to last week I'd lost 30lbs.
This week -1lb. :)

2lb off the week. Just 3lb until I'm down into a new stone :)
Last weekend I also managed to get into a smaller size jeans as well :)
 
Oops! Gained a lb this week. Have reviewed my food diary for last week and not sure what happened - but it was T.O.M as well.
 
Lost a lb this wk so a total of 2st7 so far.
Started listening to Paul McKenna cd and it seems to be helping as I'm eating less than I was and not feeling hungry.
 
Well done Keira, you must be pleased to see the weight fall off.
 
Can't believe my scales today!
Despite it being christmas week and treating myself and having alcohol I have lost 2lbs :) This means I have lost a total of 3 stone! Thats one third of what I had to lose. Whoopee
 
Am going to set myself monthly goals to keep me motivated.

Well once again I have amazed myself! My target was 4lbs for January and I've lost 5 already with 2 weigh-ins to go. Don't know how I'm managing to lose more than a lb a week when I can't exercise due to my mobility problems, but mine is not to reason why.
 
How wonderful, you must be chuffed! Well done on your two pounds, you've almost lost 50 pounds, that's pretty incredible.

After being off my diet a bit for 2 weeks I am back on track and it shows in this weeks weigh in :)
