Lost a lb this wk so a total of 2st7 so far.
Started listening to Paul McKenna cd and it seems to be helping as I'm eating less than I was and not feeling hungry.
Can't believe my scales today!
Despite it being christmas week and treating myself and having alcohol I have lost 2lbs This means I have lost a total of 3 stone! Thats one third of what I had to lose. Whoopee
January - 4 weigh-ins so lose 4lbs-start weight is 259lbs

Well once again I have amazed myself! My target was 4lbs for January and I've lost 5 already with 2 weigh-ins to go. Don't know how I'm managing to lose more than a lb a week when I can't exercise due to my mobility problems, but mine is not to reason why.
Start weight this month is 256lbs - my aim is to be 252lbs on the 4th weigh in
