Does anyone know if the Kellogg's fibre plus breakfast bar would count as a HEB in a rush today and the shop didn't have any alpen light bars
    Nvs are
    111cal
    1.5 protein
    18 carbs
    3.5 fat
    5 fibre
    0.05 sodium
    That's per 28g bar
Thank you very muchly x x
