Hi I'm Kelly I'm 32 and will be doing mainly red days! Just need somewhere to jot everything down an people can point out if I'm going wrong xx

Red day today

A 250ml semi skim milk
A 5 laughing cow light
B 2 breakfast biscuits
B 200g new potatoes

Breakfast:- was strawberries kiwi and pear covered in yogurt with the breakfast biscuits

Lunch:- was eggs and ham

Tea:- is melt in the middle burgers with wedges and carrots and I've had a snack if a banana and yogurt

I've just about hauled my fat a55 back on the wagon after a few days just having what I want if my words the guilt!! Xx

Weigh in tonight -3!! So 4lb in 2 weeks that'll do me! Xx

Well back to slimming world and enjoying it! Going away in July hope to lose a stone an half if I can I think it's reasonable amount to lose in 12 weeks :) xx
