Ketosis..Confusion

:lost:Hi i need sum help. Is the aim to remain in Ketosis forever?

I thought that it was about forcing the body to burn fat through Ketosis, until you reach your goal then slowly getting the body back to normal through a changed eating plan, exercise and all that good stuff.

So getting to a place where you can manage your weight and your food intake.

Help.. i dont want smelly breath for ever!

Your original thought was correct - ketosis is the primary part of the programe - ie burning off your fat... the long term (& harder goal) is to change your dietry habits (dun dun DAAAAR !).... FOREVER !

As for whiffy breath it's temporary... unless you have congential halitosis, in which case my sympathies... but at least you've got clean undies :D ...or at least I presume you have...:)

Ok cool that clears that up for me... now to the ming breff!!! how long does it lasts for, i have the strips , spray and Mouth wash.. they never last long.. i am afraid to talk to ppl!
