Ketosis Sticks??

Hi, I have been reading that some of you have been using ketosis stick - could you tell me where I get these from and do you use them daily?

You can get them from your local pharmacy, but they can get a bit funny. Alternatively you can get them online.

you can buy from the chemist i paid £6.95 for mine, but i bet they are cheaper on line x

i just check mine when i need to.. like i started drinking a new coffee.. so the day after i drank the coffee..i checked to see if it was ok.. as all people are different and their ketosis is affected by different things..

got mine at boots for like a fiver.. never thought about getting them online though..

Thanks Guys I might give it another week then decide whether to get them, I can be quite obsessive and I think i'll be constantly doing it if I get them, i'll see- cheers for the advice )
