u can buy ketostix from most chemists and they are about £5 for a container of 50. well worth the money if u want to keep an eye on ketones

you can get them from most chemists and they are around £5-6 ....

need to get more as i think mine are out of date lol

You can order them from your CDC ... she maynot have them in stock - so give her a few days notice. Otherwise chemists sell them ... but some get funny and ask you lots of questions if you tell them you are dieting.

Be prepared for questions from some pharmacists especially Boots..they dont always like selling to peeps on VLCD ..ffs
