Does anyone else get really vivid dreams when in ketosis or is it just me. Really weird dreams lol

i too am day 4 and i think im in ketosis......i was expecting the first few days to be tough but they wasnt at all! really surprised me that has....but i feel great apart from a bad back which my sister is convinced is sciatica. im not so sure tho as iv had sciatica b4 and this is different, still really painful tho! weight loss can only help im sure x

iv had a couple of violent dreams lately which r unusual for me! there could be a link??
