    Hi,

Am hoping someone may be able to help:confused:

I have been doing CD for the past few weeks and bought some Ketostix from the chemist the other day.

I know that when they show pink you are in ketosis but as there are different shades I just wanted to see if the darker the shade of pink the more fat you burn??

May sound like a daft question but was just a bit curious.:(

    Thanks
    Losing it for good:)

I think if its darker you are slightly dehydrated, not 100% sure though. I am sure someone better will be along to answer soon

Any shade of pink means you are probably in ketosis. The darker it is, the more dehydrated you may be. So if it comes out dark, just do a double check you are drinking enough. If you are drinking the recommended amount (allowing extra for tetras and bars), then don't worry about it :)

BTW, if the stix come out beige..then you still may be in ketosis :)

Thanks guys, I am definitely medium pink- not too dark, not too light I am also drinking a little more than the recommend water intake!
