i bought mine months ago, cant remember where from, but you might have more luck just googling ketosis sticks rather than the breand name ketostix. mine arnt brand, and work jsut as well, and were really cheap

I remember buying some on ebay and have also noticed that you can get them on the low carb website of avidlite :-
Avidlite Ketone Test Strips

You can also get them from your CDC. Some people get them from their local chemist but sometimes they get abit shirty if they think you are using them for a VLCD :copon:.

I got mine at the pharmacy part in Tesco.... but I dont bother using them, if you are following the diet 100% on SS or SS+ you will be in ketosis anyway. The sticks have never shown me as being in ketosis and I have lost over 3 stone now....
