    I did my first work out well first disk and wow was so much harder than i thought im all shaky i think it cause iv never did any sort of weights i was useless at the gym! Anyone any idea how to add it to mfp?? Also does it get easier haha!!

    It'll get easier surprisingly quickly :) I say easier not easy tho lol you won't be shaking this time next month that's for sure :) lord knows bout MFP!! google it and put it under a custom exercise?
