Well I've well n truly spiralled these past few days! Eat all my weeklies wed eve after weigh in, planned on sticking to 29 rest of wk but didn't work! Went over yesterday by about 15 n tod I've eat everything in sight plus a Chinese take away- chick curry, chips, rice, crackers n chick skewers..... PIG!!!

So anyway this is the plan till weigh in,
Go for a jog tomorrow Mornin before work and maybe again sun or mon.
Stick to 29 and try to make healthy choices instead of snacking on rubbish!
Drink 2 litre of water!!!
 
Yeh let's do it!! Just set my alarm for 5.30 :-/ what am I doin! Haha x
 
Well the jog didn't go as planned, was way too dark when u woke up! Let's hope the eating goes a little better tod! X

Not fully planning ahead today. Up early as the nephew is staying, so breakfast:

Tea (milk) = 1
WW yogurt =1
banana =1
cereal bar =3
 
Yeh working till 3 :-(, I did set the alarm
But dint fancy it in the dark! Haha xx

Right I need to have a serious word with myself! All that chat I gave last night n I've been terrible again tod! All I can put it down to is being due on! Had 4 biscuits at work tod ie twix ect so 15 pp alone :-0!
Feel horrible n bloated tod, dreading weigh in! Really really need to get back on track tomorrow! was only 4 lb away from gettin Into the 9's but now I feel like I'm goin back up! :-( ... Help!!!! Xx
 
Well I've been up since half 6 on a sun!! Went for a jog for half hour. I have a app on my phone that tracks how far you've done, I did 2.76 mile, don't know how many cals tho cos for some reason it wouldn't Rec my work out! Quite pleased with myself tod tho!
I'm making my oh cup cakes tod ( prob a bad idea but he hasn't been well past fee days so thought I'd cheer him up) ! X

U r good going for a jog!I've been up and eaten lots of biscuits :-( feel rubbish now x
 
Well I had party rings for my breakie Claire so I've not had the healthiest of breakfasts! Haha ,, felt better for the jog tho :) xx
