I feel so much better this wk, eat all of my weeklies but didnt have a day off pointing on wi day like I usually do! Belly doesn't feel as bloated too so I should lose a bit. How u gettin on? Xx

Good bet u will have a great loss wed tho.im ok back to it today totm too tho so could go a gain again ;-( fingers crossed will lose something even if it's only half a pound.

Good luck, hope u do! My weigh day is thur now cos I get weighed at my fella's house ( he weighs me) think I'll stick to it better that way! Xx

Yeh that's a good idea,saves u the fee aswel.and the hassle of getting to meetings. X
 
monday 7th nov food diary

Breakfast - milk in tea's = 3
2x belvita yog biscuits = 6

lunch - 2 x wholemeal toast = 5
spaghetti = 3
butter = 2

tea - chicken breast with sundried tom butter = 4
new pot = 4
salad cream = 1

snacks = couple nuts = 1
1 n half mini thorntons choc brownies ( bloody gorg) = = 3
2 x apples = 0

total 32/29
weelies 52/49

not happy about goin over weeklies but as i say i did include way day into that, so i'm not too bothered about 3pp x

tuesday 8th nov

Lunch - tuna in sunflower oil - 5
Light salad cream - 2
3 x rice cakes - 2

Dinner - chicken with sundried Tom butter - 4
New pot - 5
Broc - 0

Snacks - apple - 0
Biscuits - 4
Asda milkshake biscuits - 3
Ww mousse - 3

Dailies - 36/ 29
Weeklies - 59 / 49

Gone a bit mad snacking today n 10 over weeklies .. Oops!! X

Lost 4lb this wk!! First weigh in from home! So so happy with that!! 10 st .06 now so like half a pound! Just one more pound to get under ten! xx
